 Jerry Lehman, CCIM, SIOR Jerry is CEO and principal broker of Prudential Commercial Real Estate SFL. His firm spans eight Florida counties from Miami-Dade to Brevard. Jerry provides clients with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, property management, and finance. He is currently ranked among the top Prudential Real Estate commercial agents in the US, and for 2007 received its top national award, the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award. Jerry has served as a leader of his profession in recent years. He was President of the Realtors Association of South Palm Beach County, Founder and five-term President of the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County and chairman of the Commercial Council of the Florida Association of the Realtors. In 2006 and 2007 he was President of the Florida CCIM Chapter East Coast District.  Gabe A Banfi Realtor,Broker Gabe A Banfi brings 34 years of local real estate experience to Prudential Commercial Real Estate SFL in sales, leasing and consulting. Mr. Banfi owned his own firm, Banfi Realty, Inc., where he operated a full service real estate company for 11 years inclusive of sales, leasing and property management. Mr. Banfi is a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He also served as Director and President of the Delray Beach Board of Realtors.
 Linda Bickley  Randy Goodman Goodman specializes in tenant representation of negotiation of lease renewals, office relocation, sublease and creative disposition of office lease obligations, project/transaction management, and advisory service.  Diane K. Heinz Diane K. Heinz combines the professional credentials of the highly coveted CCIM designation with 18 years of high-level government public policy experience. Diane’s leadership in bringing together the commercial property owners along North Federal Highway in Boca Raton resulted in a Master Plan for redeveloping Northern Boca Raton. The Boca Raton City Council appointed Diane to serve on their North Federal Highway Steering Committee to review all new projects being proposed for this corridor. Diane’s governmental expertise in the areas of zoning, environmental issues, concurrency, and all phases of the development process make her a valuable team member for large development or redevelopment projects. Diane’s client base includes such national firms and organizations as the Associated Builders and Contractors, Lebenthal, and U-Store It. Diane specializes in redevelopment projects, Industrial land and properties as well as retail and office leases. She also is a Rotarian, former School Board Member, and has received numerous leadership awards for her community involvement.  Robin Levy Sales Associate  Rick Pribell Rick Pribell brings many years of personal real estate investment and building contracting experience to his commercial sales position with Prudential Commercial Real Estate SFL. In 1995, Rick purchased his first investment property in Deerfield Beach, Broward County. He later sold it for a substantial profit after increasing its value by obtaining the entitlements to build residential condominiums. Most recently, Rick bought a tax deed property in west Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County. He worked with many government agencies to successfully obtain site plan approval for a 16,000 sq ft medical office facility. From cold calling doctor’s offices nearby, he found his buyer. Prior to pursuing his passion for a career in real estate, Rick operated an international export business for five years in the Caribbean and South America. Before that, Rick gained extensive sales and marketing experience working for Mead, a fortune 500 corporation. Rick’s creative vision and hands on experiences uniquely qualify him to achieve his customer’s real estate goals.  Don Schumacher Born and raised in Wisconsin Don Schumacher moved to Orlando in 1960. Corporate transfers and promotions resulted in Don living in California, Illinois, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Texas during the next thirty years. Don moved back to South Florida in 1990 and has lived in Coral Springs for the last seventeen years. His years of sales, marketing, and general management experience in the high-tech industry have provided him with a platform for success in Commercial Real Estate. For the last seven years Don has owned his own commercial mortgage company. He joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate SFL as a Sales Associate in April 2007 and is focused on Broward County and the southern part of Palm Beach County. |
